Every subcontractor has signed a
partnership agreement with Apex Offshore Development. The partnership
agreement specifies the general terms and conditions for all projects
subcontracted by Apex Offshore Development to the subcontractor. For
instance, subcontractors are committed to waivering all the
intellectual property rights to all the software products and software
componeents developed for Apex Offshore Developent's clients. When a
subcontractor is selected for a project, Apex Offshore Development
signs a project contract with the subcontractor. The project contract
specifies the terms and conditions specific to the project and is based
on the delivery contract signed between Apex Offshore Development and
the client.
A subcontractor is chosen for a project primarily on
the basis of whether or not it possesses the required competence in the
development platform as well as the appropriate industry experience.
